1600 KPNP is a Hmong station about 18 miles from my QTH and it has issues. Tuned in now and the audio is a bit muffled. Earlier this summer/spring they had some other audio problem that made it nearly unlistenable.
We have another Hmong station 690 KFXN. Its 500 W during the day with a pattern to the ESE (~105 degrees). At night, the pattern is very similar but they turn the power way, way, way down. Down to 4 W. They're 3 miles to the ENE of me and I can't pick them up at night, however I'm off the side of the pattern in one of the nulls.
