I found their DGPS information page, but its from 2007.

They said that the DGPS status is in a Notice to Mariner. They have links for the monthly & annual NOTMARs, but I didn't see any for current notices.

There is a button for Open Session and I figured that's for current NOTMARs, so I signed up...

After signing up, I logged out and then tried to go back in to validate the password, but it won't let me back in. Tried to reset the password with two different browsers and several password resets.  ???  I gave it the password I just changed to and it says its incorrect. I hope this isn't a way to get permanent subscriptions & notifications. And it seems like this is only for email notifications for chart updates and when the monthly NOTMARs are available, not some double secret probation NOTMAR site with current notifications. 

(After further experimentation, it appears that entering long & complex passwords are not ideal (12 chars). Tried one that's 8 and its fine).
