They were still strong as of 2045, except for huge utility on frequency

FYI, Dan, Rammstein Radio always play Rammstein songs, so the latter station which plays nonstop soul is definitely not Rammstein Radio.
Rammstein Radio closed down at about 18.00 UTC with a final ID, the other one started some minutes later, as far as I observed.

to celebrate “SPEEDWING RADIO – 25 YEARS ON THE AIR”

I seriously checked my recordings now and the station name seems to be Radio 3000.
And all stuff seems to be very overmodulated.
