it might be impossible to receive any signal directly in the USofA during that time slot, but anyhow the European WebSDRs might offer clear signals.
So check the Twente SDR

This station correctly is called "The Xenon Transmitting Company" and is still active now and then since the early 1990s!
I have some QSLs in my collection from that time. DJ and operator is named Matt Roberts. e-mail is recorded correctly.
