0250 UTC Caught this as I was closing down the radio room for the evening...sounded like an advertisement from a commercial station followed by OM's with spoken word. Faded out at 0303 UTC (or OFF?).

This was in progress when I tuned in at 0214 UTC. I used the Black Cat WEFAX app using 120 LPM. The op mentioned it was transmitted using 60 LPM. I'm not sure if that is why I decoded a cropped image? Here's what it looked like:

0139 UTC OM with ID, into unid C&W tune OM singer
0143 UTC OM with possible mention of "stupid Skipmuck" followed by possible ID of "Three Pelee Island Broadcasting System with phonetic spelling "P as in Papa Tango Lima Papa Echo Lima Echo Echo" then faded out or OFF again
