I'm hearing 2 OM's QSOing in English since 1247 UTC. One of them is S8 here and talking about his equipment and antenna setup...the other is just above threshold...there seems to be a slight parasitic on LSB. Unusual to hear anyone talking on this frequency...harmonic? Mentioned that he liked this frequency as it was pretty steady, then said he was going to check "Romeo Echo", then OFF at 1254 UTC
Hmmm...I suspect this to be the US Air Force MARS....interesting choice of frequencies!
