Probably not a pirate but several males in LSB just under the noise. Possible ham net in wrong part of the band?? Been on for quite some time now. Now they are laughing?

Notice it more this evening..Can anyone guess at what I might be hearing. It sounds like a short swoosh chirp that pulsates every 2 sec and sounds like tone gets higher and higher? SSB then disapears... Maybe some occilation on this end local?  Sounds like if you had a carrier and then nturned the tuning knob fast?

Way down in the noise but copy 40s related music.RFW for sure! Some fade ins but light here in Virginia Mode AM
10 minutes later signal faded in with good audio..more 40s related music

Coast Guard Station Chesapeake, Portsmouth, VA broadcasting HF Voice Broadcast of Marine Forcast for all sectors of Atlantic. Very loud audio S-9 signal. Robo male voice with the broadcast...Weather for Atlantic region

Nice loud audio at start, then fade away. 1940s Jazz or Swing music..Next piece was titled Candy..More 40s Jazz music
