2241 - Hearing spooky noises on frequency
           wind blowing, howls, shrieks, screams, some ominous music
2250 - Positive ID by OM as "Radio GaGa Testing"
2255 - at S7 now with more Halloween Sound Effects
2303 - faded down under the noise level

0152 - This night was a little better. Usually, on this frequency I only see his carrier. But tonight I am seeing some actual
          modulation in the waterfall. But alas, it was still too weak to glean anything coherent from this broadcast.
