S4 on the SDR Recording

0013 - Same details as others. Signed on with what I thought to be slide guitar, just a few bars,
           and then faded quickly under the static and noise.

There was someone testing around this freq a few minutes earlier
with a brief "Testing, testing" and changing of frequency...
There were 2 stations on at the same time on the same Freq.
AR went to 6930.

Lots of static

2142 - UNID Joni Mitchell(?) tune

Carrier only here, no modulation

2139 - Was originally on 6928 when first noticed, saw it move to 6925
            and off at 2140.

0017 - S/On with Interval Signal "Testing 1, 2, 3. Can anybody hear me?" - 15 times

Very noisy

1348 - Hearing & seeing a rising tones on the waterfall
1359 - another tone rising in frequency

No other audio or ID was heard before, between and after these
tones, except noise.
