Lincolnshire Poacher tune heard. Very good signal with a S9+10 indication. Thanks for the neat broadcast.

Techno tune followed. Then:

YL announcer saying this was Pandemic Signal #5, antenna #2 in place, and to be cautious, or something similar. Self quarantine in place, wear masks, and report those who violate these rules. Sounds of Silence by Simon & Garfunkle.
