This is reported to be Radio Tesla on 6100 -- interestingly, using SW UK SDR it is a good level, but using Norway SDR it is mixing with presumed Radio Afghanistan on same frequency.
After I reported this to the operator he switched to 6095. Operator was acknowledging reports on chat....
