This broadcast appears to be from the Clear Creek transmitter in the US. News and economic reports.
Another female speaker just came on and she is definitely a Vietnamese speaker.

Some Inexpensive tech for radio hobbyists. The kits require some good assembly skills and knowledge of RF circuits but the prices are cheap enough.
Whether building a CW beacon or a whisper mode transmitter these offer some good avenues for fun
