i heard the Russian M beacon this morning on 7039.400 so that answers the question of them not being related

7039.400 KHz Russian letter beacon M, good signal with some deep fades (definitely not the T beacon)

4094.500 KHz  looks to be the X beacon, very weak again
4095.305 KHz  dasher again. A bit stronger than last night, now clearly audible
4095.905 KHz  Viking, good sig
4096.363 KHz  Hexie, good sig
