I updated the active list with the frequency of 4096.12 for the newly stronger signal "L" beacon

The three digit PV numbers are puzzling!
I noticed listening last night that the last whoop before telemetry is now more of a long dit than the normal whoop. Was that just an anomaly of yesterday?
I copy it as "L" but it could be either!
Regardless, good copy tucked in there right above DW

PV could be solar irradiance in watts per square meter. That tends to range from 0 - 1200 or so. Maybe someone already brought that up.

DW has been coming in S-3 to S-5 sig strength on the VE7GL SDR in Chilliwack, BC as well as VE7AV in Prince George, BC.
No dang way it's a milliwatt beacon. Sweet signal!
