I'll repost this here. The only response in original thread in Utility I got was "CH# 1629 COASTAL TX" from N2MLP.

Repost:

Robo foreign YL voice, didn't sound Spanish. Seemed like a Volmet type transmission.

S6 signal, very good copy. Off at 2017z. Need some help IDing this one. It was an interesting transmission.
No luck looking up online. I have a recording I can email.



Thanks to N2MLP but not too sure what  "CH# 1629 COASTAL TX" is.

1919 Very light copy on WMR, using preamp 2 on ICOM R75. Not scheduled for this time but matches up to their web stream.

10-10-2023 -15700 kHz  1921z Some nice fade ups from WMR but with fade outs.

Seemed to be the entire "Close To The Edge" album. Haven't heard that since high school.

2149 ID into music. A little more fade and noise.
