``This station is definitely not from Europe as Europe has a 9 kHz channel spacing and the closed frequency would be 1422 kHz. However, there is no Spanish station on that frequency. As Campeche is mentioned at  2:56 I assume it might be a Mexican station. 73!``
They have several 1420 AM , of course it's some of these.
