10/11 meters / RTTY 27.551MHz

Hello,
for a few days I've been receiving a strange RTTY emission at 27.551MHz.
The transmission lasts about 5 seconds and is repeated every about every 2 minutes, sometimes it repeats itself after a few seconds.
Marker at 990Hz and shift at 240
The signal in Italy is receivable both during the day and at night in a slightly stronger way.
I enclose a recording made last night, could it be a fishing buoy?

on summer nights I hear melodies from many years, probably via propagation.
