VoT with their normal 1330-1430 English broadcast (news, culture, music).   Nice signal at S9, plus at times.  Some transmitter problems around 1405z.  After listening to them for the past few months, I can see why Hauser like to poke fun at Emirler
Off at 1428z.

I did see it listed on the SW schedule app as "Anti Kurdish Tape" TX from the VoT Emirler site.   Signal and strength similar to the earlier VoT English broadcast up the band.  HF condx were good this morning, so it could have been Denge Welat like listed by the OP.  It wasn't on much longer after I posted it.

Voice of Turkey with the morning English broadcast on 12035 kHz.  I believe this replaces 15450.   Signals not great, S4 with some rapid QSB.  Improved as the broadcast continues.
