Armchair copy of this normally low and noisy signal at my qth.
S7 steady simulcast of CFRB 1010 "Pole Position, with John Pole" into news at 301z
At about 300z The signal was impacted by bandwidth from VOA Botswana 6080 also S7 , at that point I switched to it as has become ritual at this time.

Similar reworks were running before 224z  After that , I don't speak the lingo but a discussion or ad for "AARP" ran and ended about 5 times in a row. A religious program resumed about 235
Audio ended 245z TX still on air past 250z

A relatively long ad for Global HF weekend mentioning HFunderground and stations being logged there last year heard in " Maryland" Pennsylvania" and "Virginia" among others

Fair to good reception over the past week my qth completely readable, despite extreme noise levels . 
Pleasant calming synth female in English with marine weather North Alantic and Artic.
Off at 3z +8 seconds according to the most recent WWVB clock update

Prior to 3z a cornucopia of static and not much audio. Between 3z and 315z sign off a fair to good signal with all audio, occasional music and bumper music with YL host
Off at 315 straight up.
