6150 working SENTRY31, 6150 is at FL2000 and slowing to 271, shutting off IFF and relating that ATC was not happy about that, going to FL500, apparently SENTRY31 (E-3B AWACS 964th AACS/552nd ACW Tinker AFB) is testing some electronic doodad. 343.25MHz 1550Z 24May17.
AWACS often show up on SIPRNET/NIPRNET ALE here but not copied so far today, when they do they have a callsign like MOBDAT or DLOODAT.

As easypal is set for a nominal 3khz bw for the mode it runs (drm is a derivative of STANAG4285 = 2.4KHz wide) I don't think you can alter the waterfall where it shows the callsigns and other messages other than to make it run upwards or downwards.

Also can't they steer the array and alter the take off angle at will? That could explain some of the differences noted in x and o signal strengths.
