Good signal into Colorado today. I may post a recording later. Using Rivet build 90, I got the following decode (null message):

02224 00001 00000 34654

It's been a while since I got Rivet to work well but I know the 00001 00000 part is standard with null messages, so I'll trust that the first and last number groups are as well.

Also copied at 0720z at 13369 USB, and 0740 UTC at 12169 USB. All signals were equally strong to my ear, about SIO 333, and perfectly copyable without fades. Transmission duration 9 minutes, 11 seconds.

0142 some kind of digital signal now which I think is a ute and that the station is QRT.

This started out rather weak, but as of 1330 is SIO 555 with interview regarding chip manufacturing in Korea and entry into the US market. Terrific signal.

The number group 591 in slow Morse code was repeated without variation for 12 minutes, ending with a single longer dash at 17:12:00 UTC. Copied on the uTwente web SDR in The Netherlands where the signal was very strong and the code worthy of a 599 report.

0100 ambient kinda music, SIO 222
0102 distorted voice saying something I can't make out
0103 Undercover Radio ID, saying KIPM relay will be in three minutes
0105 Dr Benway with ID and email, "Messages from the Telephone Box at the End of the World", Alan Maxwell won't QSL.
0106 KIPM broadcast begins, SIO 333 now
0109 or maybe now? It's been ambient tune up til this point. Now getting some of the interval stuff like OM voice saying "the selectors are locked and channels are centered
0110 Alan Maxwell - The theater of the mind.
0111 He continues with introductory remarks and repeats "The Alan Maxwell Theater of the Mind" and episode title "Messages from the Telephone Box at the End of the World"
0112 disembodied voices and atmospheric sounds continue
...
Saving the rest for the reception report
....
0208 Alan Maxwell with outro, followed by several minutes of ambient sounds
0217 DR Benway with Undercover Radio ID, "Broadcasting from the middle of nowhere"
0218 email addy given, into music
0223 sounds like another KIPM episode is beginning

Terrifically clear if not strong signal, SIO 344 via Tashkent tx. Music that can be described as traditional Middle Eastern sounding crossed with jazz (while there's vocals in the traditional style and what sounds like a viola [probably some other bowed instrument] but also bass guitar and drums). There is a series of steady, evenly spaced tones that remind me of the useless part of WINB's DRM signal, and this is covering the lower sideband and seems centered on 17450, also a listed frequency for Dengê Welat but nothing is transmitting there. I assume this is the Turkish jammer. It's 20 kHz wide so it is covering all of 17455, but the upper sideband isn't as affected.

EDIT: RX at 1850 UTC. https://youtu.be/GVgBbeI1i2w Whoops, I didn't have audio on this video. This will be taken down shortly. Thanks to Shortwave Radio Archive for catching that.
