Spy Numbers / V24 new schedule?

South Korean numbers station observer Moomin posted two videos of V24 recorded today 13 Oct. 2016. The reported times and frequencies don't match the schedule that had been in use for the 13th of the month in use since March of this year.

2315 extremely faint but copyable.
2318 heard OM voice (thanks for that, that's what I need to fine tune the BFO) into new tune. Still too faint to make anything out though.
2323 brief om voice, possible Moonlight ID?
2331 signal coming up to SIO 121 level. Music more distinct now, still faint.
2334 om Moonlight Radio ID. Dance music distinct now. Has been for a while actually.
2336 sudden local QRN burying the signal, but it can still be heard underneath.
2342 CW and off.

2311 hearing faint music under weird noise that I took to be SSTV at first, until I noticed it was too regular to be that and that I could hear something under it.

Utility / VMC Charleville QL, 6507 USB, 10/11/16, 1150 UTC

Hearing marine weather in OM voice with English accent. Faint copy which makes it hard to understand location names given. Pip heard at 1155. Per Eibi, this frequency is either VFF Iqaluit Radio from Canada or VMC Charleville QL from Australia. The latter is supposed to be on at this time and the accent would be more suited to an Australian broadcast, so I'm going with that. No station ID heard through 1201.

Heard "New South Wales" clearly at 1205.

EDIT: The frequency was 6507, not 6907 as originally posted.

Not hearing it.  

EDIT 0316 - the occasional extremely faint bit of music is audible from time to time. If it weren't for the announcement I would think it was just wishful thinking on my part.
