I'm only hearing WWV and WWVH mixed (normal for me for this time), but no extra voice/tone every 10 seconds. Can you make a recording and share it?

0134 Unheard-of S9 signal in Denver, although the noise floor is part of that. Still, dayum.

        Signal has been very strong with S9+20 peaks, but a lot of interference on band. SINPO 52253
0158 OM with ID and email, neither quite of which I could catch with the noise. The music accompanying it sounded like something from The Blues Brothers, though

Tuned in around 0036, heard something that, for the life of me, sounded like a honky tonk version of Froggy Went a Courtin'. I doubt that's what it was. Voice and CW ID, then off.

Quadrophenia was a really good movie. Although I liked the Who from an early age I didn't actually get around to really checking out Quadrophenia (the LP) until about five years ago. Mind blowing. Then I found the movie on youtube, chopped into about 8 parts, but I connected my wife's iPad to the TV and watched them all that way, and it was really well adapted to the screen without any need to know anything about the LP or The Who. A young Ray Winstone was also in it, playing Jimmy's friend who had become a Rocker during a period of estrangement.
