Fair to good reception on both frequencies....some fades.  Reception has been very good from Europe today, these two frequencies are a first for me in B-17 season.

1622z OM and YL discussing World Cup qualifying of African Nations (My hope is reception is solid for part of the Swiss/Northern Ireland qualifier at 1700z)
1630z Sportsworld ID into discussion about Tunisia and Morocco squads qualifying.

Excellent reception.....in Sudanese or Arabic according to a search online.

Excellent reception

1106z Was not going to post about this as it was the usual series of entertaining Cuban songs but at this time in English "Oh Susanna"....did someone here make a request  ?  ("Che - I'd like to make a long distance dedication to my gal back in N'orleans")

Huh? / Loving Vincent...

is a remarkable film now out.  While the Vincent Van Gogh death story is interesting, the fact that the film is composed of 65,000 hand painted oil stills in Van Gogh's style is stunning.  The film should win awards in numerous categories.  Lianne La Havas' cover of "Vincent" during the credits might be better than the Don McLean original (would have never guessed it was possible - more poignant, soulful, mournful), it may win an award.  Admire it for the masterpiece of art that it is.

Good reception on both frequencies, in Hausa language.  What must be pre-match banter between YL and OM.  DW shows this "special" broadcast (1 of 3 in B-17 season) of football on their website under broadcast frequencies.  I have yet to determine what fixture it is but the best fixture in the Bundesliga at 1430z is RB Leipzig v Hannover 96.  Next broadcast of football at this hour is Nov. 18.

2040z OM talking but can't string enough discernible words together to determine topic.  Noteworthy only because I generally never receive them on this frequency.  This might be their only English Broadcast in the 2000z hour.

Faint and a little noisy but has been improving over the past 10 minutes.  I would wait until better reception but work calls.  First decent reception of RNZI in B-17 season, my hope is that the time switch will let me hear them pre-work with decent reception.
