I was listening to WRMI's Radio Liberty (Russian Service) on 15770 in the 1200 utc hour, it included numerous American pop tunes including "Last Train to Clarksville".  At 1300 utc the broadcast stopped and nothing came on - dead air for 15 minutes as of now, there is a broadcast scheduled.

Earlier this week a transmitter problem knocked them off the air for a couple hours on this frequency at this time, perhaps again.

Shortwave Broadcast / No Reception - WRMI 20 June 2022
« on: June 20, 2022, 1317 UTC »
Hmmmm......pretty odd.  Most mornings I will tune into 15770 WRMI at 1300 utc for my benchmark reception/antenna check.  It is generally of perfect reception here, a couple of mornings a week I will listen to a scheduled music program.

To the moment (1315 utc), no reception on any listed WRMI frequency.  However, I can only attest to being able to receive 15770 with great clarity at this hour.  But, I seem to recall being able to pick up several other frequencies at this hour.

1340 - Still no reception, sent email to WRMI
1403 - Still no reception - This hour generally begins a lengthy (Paid?) broadcast of Supreme Master TV
1427 YL with brief three word phrase and off again...didn't understand what she said, might have been test or brief mid-sentence return to air.
Stepped away from radio at 1500 utc, back on when I checked at 1545 utc.

Surprising, a second test for the Mid-Winter broadcast.  I don't recall a second test previously.  This from SWLing blog again.  Test June 17, and for those Americans old enough, same Bat Time/same Bat Channel:
