Very Good Reception, Turkish service.  Have been hearing this (pop?) musical broadcast at this hour since A22 season started.  Shazam has ID-ed all singers as Turkish.  Can not find online listing for this frequency/time yet, nor a previous "A" seasonal musical listing for a VoT music program.

Very good reception, English Service.  The BBC has bounced this US East Coast morning broadcast to different UTC's and frequencies since February inception, it is now weekdays from 1300-1500 utc on 15740, see earlier post for weekend transmissions.

Our latest QSL card is dedicated to all the people in Ukraine, those who died,
and those who left their home country as refugees during the current times of
war. The card was designed by Pauline Marx, a young German artist who joins us
in expressing a message of hope to the people in Ukraine because there is always

We run extraordinary high power broadcast on Shortwave and Medium Wave (1368
kHz) in the evenings with news and inspirational programs to reach those in the
current conflict zones.
