In doing some searching, it appears to me that WRMI has begun relaying VOA's English Service program "Flashpoint Ukraine". The program is 1930 UTC Monday through Friday on 15770 AM.
Preceding the Ukrainian focused broadcast at 1900 utc, WRMI is relaying the English Service of Radio Prague - also on 15770.
