S9+10 reception, East Asian Language service, via Milford PA sdr.  Could not find a listing for this transmission in 0000 utc hour.  There is a SOH/RFA broadcast at 0100 utc in Chinese.

0018 Sounds like pre-record spots for programing/station
0024 Conversation continues


Thanks, Rich - That was my suspicion but could not find an on line sight to confirm.  Even RFA's doesn't list the frequency.
