Another day, another QSL card  . This in response to a reception report for a WRMI relay of the RSI English service, about a three week turn around.  An email preceded the card inviting me for a personal tour of the "inverted pyramid" if I am ever in Bratislava (I'm thinking about it).

Second QSL from them in a month, never had much luck with previous reception reports.  Turn around time about 3 months on both recent QSL's.  This was for a music program on their Dari service.
