Shortwave Broadcast / Radio Kuwait not broadcasting June 24? On 1830z

Radio Kuwait has been an easy get on 15540 since returning to shortwave, even at my workplace in a quasi-industrial area with limited window space for reception.  I have not been able to receive them at 1800z (on until 2100z) today but was wondering if that had to do with the Eid El-Fitr Holiday (end of Ramadan)?  However, the Sultanate of Oman is coming in, in Arabic, on 15140 am so they are not observing the holiday.   Anyone else having trouble receiving Kuwait?

1829z On air...music to news.  Announced tomorrow will be first day of Eid.  Should be an interesting listen on June 25. (Holidays are determined by moon sighting committees, respected elders go into the desert and determine by the moon when the holiday will be. Shortwave Broadcast / BBC Antarctic Midwinter Special Transmission June 21, 2017 2130 UTC

This is a very unique, homey annual transmission aimed at British researchers in Antartica on their "shortest" day of the year.  Well wishes are sent by friends, family, and co-workers.  I think "Happy Birthday" was sung and "Here Comes the Sun" was played last year.  The best I could glean from online information (did not hear back from a BBC Inquiry) is that they will broadcast it at 2130z for 30 minutes on 21 June 2017.  The frequencies will be 5985, 6035, 7230, and 7360.  I had success with 7360 last year (posted here about it, you can search), 7230 appears to be a new frequency for the special event.

I have a co-worker that worked in Casper, Wyoming for awhile before returning to Connecticut.  He told me that former work associates have invited him to stay with them in Casper to watch.  You cannot get a hotel room for hundreds of miles of Casper which should be ground zero of the eclipse.  He also said that the local Casper airport has already reached its limit of 200 private jets flying in for the event.
