Broadcast has the least amount of English that I ever recall. 

1600 OM in German(G) or Frisian(F) giving frequency
then in English "The Free Voice of Frisian People from Amrum island in Germany", frequency, explanation of February 21 broadcast
1602 Greeting Frisians around the world especially in New York where there are more Frisians than anywhere else.  OM in F/G follows mentions NY boroughs and Long Island.
1604 2 OM in lengthy discussion in G/F
1614 Radio Amrum ID, frequency, dedicated to ex-pats (in English), contacts
1616 OM in F/G
1619 OM talking in F/G with YL
