Picking up Radio Afghanistan on the New Delhi sdr, hearing a OM announcer speaking Pushtu or Dari? Signal fair with bit of QRM, wonder if they still issue qsl cards?

Managed to pick up NOAA-15 on 137.620 mHz NFM using the Perth SDR on globaltuners, signal was weak.
