At 03:13 UTC on 10/18/23, I am hearing some piano music not the typical salsa music that Cuba plays. Didn't hear the interval signal but hearing some talk but too muffled to listen to..

Same if I try to listen to it via some SDRs and the University of Twente Wide-band WebSDR. Perhaps the station has very poor audio modulation.
