   On the wave of 1386 AM broadcasts Radio Svoboda in Eastern European languages. The programs are directed to the area of European Russia and former socialist countries.
At 1630 and 2100UTC, the program of Polish Radio for Foreigners (Polskie Radio Dla Zagranicy)
is retransmitted in Polish.
   The 200kW American production transmitter is located in the Sitkunai transmitting center in Lithuania. In my QTH, this is the MW station with the strongest signal in the afternoon.

Utility / 4380 USB RU Air Mil 1229 UTC 03 Jan 2019

     The 4380 USB channel is still used by RU Air Military Control from the Kaliningrad district.
Yesterday was a strong storm, today they started activity only at 1229 UTC.
Flights end shortly before dusk. S9 OM RU gives short numerical messages characteristic of military aviation. Airplanes have 3 digital codenames, for example 307 = trista sedmoj...
 Several times for some technical reason I heard pieces of the pilot's answer. So far I have not found the channel on which the pilots answer. The good news is that the connectivity is not scrambled.

BCS stations at 6400 like 6250 are often well heard in the EU. I guess that's why fishermen and pirates do not even try to broadcast there.
