10460 USB 14.15-UTC russian pirates chatting. Heard day by day on sun light houers in Poland.
First 17 Nov near 13.10 announced " wsem wsem 205-yj tribor(?) Krasnodar" SIP333.

2920kHz USB active russian pirates at night hauers (22 - 01UT), I'v observed from 17 Oct..
They don't use call sign and HAM's slang - only russian lang. Today from "Ufa rajon" (district) is good propagation to norden Poland.

4380 USB heard day by day on sun light houers. Russion lang. man live voice, uses the phraseology directing military flights.
Only one way messages gives every few minutes - wait patiently.
In the background you can hear conversations second operators, and phone ring, but I didn't faind another frq.
SINPO 4,4,4,4,4 Signal strange S8 it lets you use ATT and SQL.
Reception is stable all day - I think the station is located in Kaliningrad area.

5253,5 USB heard 12,12 to 12,40UTC Mo 03.10.'16 letters and numbers groups polish lang. women live voice, named ZAŁOGA04 .
Addressed to: AVERYNA77, PIEKARKA56, PATAGONIA24 and some other.
SINPO 44433, str.signal S2 over noise, good heard over norden Poland area.
PIEKARKA56 - women voice heard on the similar level.
PATAGONIA24-" illegible signal" say Załoga04
"Załoga" word is the "crew" by anglish lang., but it's headquarters for other correspondents.
It is other station than COLA51.
I think they are military or diplomatic base stations.

Hello from Poland!
2016-09-27 Tuesday 2382kHz LSB, about 21.42-22.40UTC polish lang. numbers massages. Men live voice without a foreign accent.
Announcement: "tu wiarus 71", two ton beeps, "nadaje" next reads numbers groups for message, "koniec", beeps,"odbiór".
I'm convinced, transmission was send from the Polish territory, for military purposes.
"Wiarus" that is to say an old experienced soldier (historical term).

Has anyone heard of them?
