Utility / VMC Charlesville 8176 kHz USB 1200 UTC 13 March 2018

1200-1211UTC - VMC Charlesville QL Australia, OM broadcasting marine weather. Signal was S3-S5 above the noise in WNY. This is a new one for me. Heard OM say VMC several times during broadcast.
1230-1241 UTC - Broadcast back on but signal S3 at best in and out of the noise.

0000 UTC - Alberto and Lupe are conversing in Spanish on 6905 kHz. Both have very strong S9 signals in WNY.
0114 UTC - Lupe's signal is still strong. Alberto's signal is down a bit.

0539 UTC - Signal is S1-S3 in WNY tonight. Audio is clear enough to make out a voice saying Observatorio Nacional and time signal beep. Difficult to make out what is being said after Observatorio Nacional.

0139 UTC - Sounds like a good time being had by all.

0516 UTC - Station ID and flute music playing.

2223 UTC - Just noticed strong pips / pluses here in WNY. First noticed at 6444, then signal moved to 6464, 6484, 6504. Then jumped back to 6485. Very strong signal at least 40-50 db over S9.
2241 UTC - Still going at 6485 kHz. Signal strength now 20-40 dB over S9.
2257  UTC -Still going 20-40dB over S9
2304 UTC - Pips / Pluses stopped.

0115 UTC - Several Spanish Speaking stations conversing on 3252.5 Signals are S3 at best into WNY. First time I have heard Spanish this far down.
0120 UTC - Suddenly stopped, not hearing them anymore.
