I often see stuff on the boards like "Detected KG-84C SYNC with 100% confidence" or folks clearly labeling different types and modes of digital signals and I often wonder what folks are using to measure and identify these signals.

9060 USB 23:30 UTC Feb 14 2022 S5 Not sure I've ever heard this before. Haven't found anything, I think, on the Sigidwiki. Appears to be 4k wide with 4 channels? Not local interference as it fades with the propagation. Been running steady for about 30 minutes since I found it still going. Hear on KFS SE KiwiSDR, Half Moon Bay, CA, USA so west coast signal maybe. Not heard on any European SDR. Asian/Pacific Rim or Russian signal origin?
