Not too bad in Italy. SINPO 34444 at 1926 UTC with usual programming.

1037
2045 UTC - Polka music. "Hullo, Hullo! Test." SINPO 43444 in Italy. Some SSB QRM on their USB.
2049 UTC - What we call in English "oom-pah-pah" music.
2052 UTC - "Hullo? Test." over the song. I feel like there is an ID coming any minute now.
2054 UTC - recognizable trumpet tune from the 1960s, but I can't place the name.

1038
2040 UTC - "This is Harmony" between songs. SINPO 34344 currently in Italia.

It's good that they moved down to a clear frequency - too much QRM on 6375 KHz.

I have insomnia :( and I decided to tune around on some US SDRs as a diversion  :D.

SINPO 44243 with QRN "hurting the listening experience" in the upper midwest US but tolerable because the signal is strong. No ID heard ever.

0141 UTC - 0153 UTC: Carrier goes off between songs.
0156 UTC - "Burn Baby Burn Disco Inferno". Carrier stays on between songs from now on.
0213 UTC - "Turn The Beat Around".
0216 UTC - Hues Corporation, "Rock The Boat" ("I'd like to know where you got the notion...")
0219 UTC - Michael Jackson, "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough".
0222 UTC - Bee Gees, "Night Fever".
0229 UTC - Donna Summer, "Hot Stuff".
0231 UTC - Abba, "Dancing Queen".
0234 UTC - Lou Rawls, "You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine".

After that, a lot of songs that I did not recognize.

0255 UTC - Gloria Gaynor, "Never Can Say Goodbye".

I'm getting sleepy again (which isn't a bad thing) and I'm going to switch off soon. Ciao from Italy.

0258 UTC - TX off.

I have a carrier here and a little modulation occasionally since ~2050 UTC but impossible to make much out of this.

2134 - caught part of an ID by a female "...Radio" ( How helpful.  ::) )
2137 - something about "shortwave" into a version of "Michelle, ma belle."
I tried a series of about 6-7 SDRs all over Europe and reception sucks everywhere.
2201 - TX off.

1041
I have them now in Italy but weaker than normal. Much stronger on SDR in the UK than in Italy.
2204 UTC - Said that Laser Hot Hits is always on SW 24 hours a day and "also occasionally generously relayed on MW and FM."

In case anyone cares, Coast FM does not seem to be on 6285 KHz this evening.

Ray, I am glad that you got the station name because I did not. I googled the name to verify. They have been around for a few years. I'm new to many of the Europirates.

SINPO 42444 in central Italy with QRM on the USB.

2031 ID in English and said they are a low-power station from the Netherlands.
2033 ID in Dutch.
2035 Queen song.
2040 "I Want You To Want Me."
2045 ID and email in English and Dutch.
2054 Checking SDR in UK and they are very loud, S9+10.
2104 "In the Summertime".
2107 Bruce Springsteen song.
2119 TX off.

1043
SINPO 23322 in central Italy. Del Shannon, "Runaway" at 1940 UTC. "Great Balls of Fire" at 1943.

Their signal will probably improve as the evening goes on so I will check back later.

Just caught the near end.

1044
SINPO 35433 at 1939 UTC in central Italy. About the same on an SDR in the UK.

1045
I hear them in Italy now at 1935 UTC. SINPO 21332. Consistent QRM from a multi-carrier signal on their USB and occasional QRM on their LSB. Not great listening. ID at 1936.

Checking them on a UK SDR at 2122 and the reception is excellent: no QRM, SINPO 45445.

(Combining my other thread with this one.)

Guessing this might be Bogusman or The Ghoul but no ID yet. I will take Ray's word for it.

Weak carrier and modulation is very intelligible when they are not being hammered by QRM. USB is the best thing to try here because of the QRM from Focus on 6320 but that gets wiped out by occasional digital bursts too. I'm not motivated for a big fight with QRM this evening so I may just pass on trying to get an ID.

I have the frequency as 6325.18 KHz.

SINPO 22322 in central Italy.

2052 UTC - brief discussion of the 4AD record label and how they like them.
2053 UTC - REM, "End of the World".
2106 UTC - Discussion of Tony Blair not being a man of the people.
2107 UTC - song from 1978 but missed the artist announcement. Listening on LSB.
2111 UTC - says he's not sure how long he is going to stay on the air today.

1047
2129 UTC - song with male singing in Italian (?)
2132 UTC - upbeat version of "Pardon Me Boy, Is that the Transylvania Station?"  in Dutch or German.
2142 UTC - Dutch song.
2145 UTC - Announcement in Dutch.
2148 UTC - Announcement in Dutch but I don't think that there was an ID. SINPO 33433 in central Italy at the moment.
2206 UTC - Old Kol Israel interval signal (trumpet call). "This is the Shortwave International Service broadcasting in the xx, yy, zz meter bands."
2210 UTC - fade down here. Almost unreadable.

1048
The signal is very weak in Italy at the moment. I am listening on the Twente SDR. SINPO 24333 there with deep fading right now.

1049
I see that they were on the air at the beginning of the day (0600 UTC) but I hear them now and I thought that I would start another entry.

RTTY QRM on their LSB. SINPO 43344 in central Italy. I'm noticing a little bit of FM on their signal and it is very noticeable when I use the synchronous detector.

2037 UTC - ID
2043 UTC - public service announcement for the Royal National Lifeboat Association and asking for pledges.
2118 UTC - "...do you remember?.." intro to a Van Morrison song.
2121 UTC - email address given.

2152 - Still on.
