2056 - Watched on my waterfall station QSY in 1 KHz steps to 6280 KHz.

TX off at 2058 UTC, just as UNID moved in from 6280 KHz to take the frequency. A very coordinated move.

Program of music and talk. Sounded a lot like Japanese to me and thus I thought it was NHK, but in retrospect it was missing some of the telltale phrases and sounds.

Not // NHK output on 9625 and 9670 KHz, which come from Japan.
Still on at 2140 UTC. Not // Voice of Korea in Japanese on 7580 and 9650 KHz.
Transmitter is still on the air at 0100 UTC 10 December.

Weak in southern Germany but I can hear a fast beat through the noise.
Signal is much better in Norway. SINPO 32333 with splatter from 6284 KHz. Electronic dance music at 2030 UTC.

2023 - Voice over announcements in Dutch (I think). Signal is deep into the noise now.

SINPO 33232 on an SDR in southern Germany.

Listenable on selected SDRs in certain locations just depending upon their antenna and conditions - but then neighboring SDRs will have no signal. The signal is not strong enough to blanket an area.

Probably emanating from a dipole in somebody's back garden in Wales with a few Watts of TX power.  :D ;)
