2234 - Listener in Sweden says the signal is stronger than BBC.
2250 - TX actually goes off the air. Typical Dutch "long goodbye".

Very weak on SDR in Germany. Audio is just barely above the noise floor but signal is clear on the SDR waterfall. SINPO 13131 at 2056 UTC.

Yes, this might have been Mustang. I recognize the announcer's voice but could not place it. This seems like it was their (his) style of programming.

1844 - AC/DC, "Whiskey on the Rocks". Voice over in Dutch and English..."Closing down, eh?" Can't place the announcer.
1847 - AC/DC off, carrier still on. Then change to omm-pah-pah music then Dutch vocal music.

Strong signal in central Europe but slightly overmodulated.
