My notes don't indicate but I'm pretty sure that I received this on an SDR since I was generally in Italy at the time and propagation would likely not be good given the frequency and time of reception.

Received in Italy a while ago.

Back when I lived in Italy in 2017 and 2018, I went through a WeFAX phase. Here's one of the captures.

Mixing of NHK in English and some other SWBC station - I think in English but not sure - for about 30 minutes and then off at 0530 UTC as I was preparing to do TDoA on it. This was likely when one or both of the transmitters went off the air.

Three transmitter locations for NHK in English at that time: Moosbrunn (AT) on 5975 KHz, Santa Maria di Galeria (IT) on 9860 KHz and Issoudun (FR) on 11970 KHz.

This was heard on many SDRs in northern Europe so it wasn't just some mixing product in one receiver.

Definite. Heard ID  somewhere around 0715 UTC.

SINPO 33233 on a Swiss SDR

0718 - Rolling Stones, "Paint It Black"
0720 - ID and into The Byrds

SINPO 35233 on SDR in Belgium. Lot of local noise at the receiver site; so much for the magnetic loops this guy has. Barely audible on the UTwente SDR.

0718 - Slick jingle in 3-part harmony "Sold Gold. Radio Sovereign". Into The Beach Boys, "Don't Worry, Baby".

686
Slick produced jingles with multiple IDs at 2256 UTC. "Fight for free, independent and ungagged radio."

Continuing with jingle IDs in English and Dutch.

SINPO 33343 in Germany at 2000 UTC with rock music.
2001 - "This is Quadzilla Radio Shortwave".
2008 - TX off the air.
2013 - ID on top of music (John Fogerty?).
2015 - ID and email address. Into an ABBA, "Knowing Me, Knowing You".
2016 - "Closing down in a few minutes"

688
I have them on 3945.03 KHz. ID at 2027 in English but missed it due to doing other things at the time.
QRM from 3955 now.

689
Tuned into to Iron Maiden, "Run to the Hills".
Live time check at 1927 UTC. Op is "Paul Albertson"?
SINPO 33343 on SDR in northern Germany. The audio is a bit compressed or clipped.

SINPO 54454 on SDR in northern Germany. Better than in southern Europe. ID at 1925 UTC.
