Weak carrier on UK SDRs. Pretty much non-existent signal on SDRs on the continent proper at 1920 UTC.

692
Good signal on SDRs in the US midwest.
2230 - punk/metal-ish music.
2237 - ID and email address.
2240 - announcing a Heavenessence song to start.
2241 - multiple ID announcements "..with your host, Dave the Cat".

Possibly Japanese but if so, sounds to me like from a non-native speaker. The intonation sounds like a North American English speaker's to me.
Might also be a native (North) American language.

Best SNR in the recording is around 12:40-13:30 and again around 17:40.

Unfamiliar language but sounds African to my ear. Bits of music reminiscent of Africa or the middle east interspersed with conversation. Studio-quality audio production.

TDoA says transmitter location is somewhere in vicinity of Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, etc. Audible on many European SDRs but QRM from "flamethrower" and Link-11.

Time pips for 2200 UTC and missed the ID, if there was one.

Carrier frequency = 6974.4
Encrypted, generally 3-6 letter groups at ~ 20 word/minute.
TDoA says origin is at sea between Bermuda and Florida.
This has been going on for about an hour.

Well I'll be dipped!

...Dipped in what?

Chocolate? Powdered sugar? Molasses? Poop?

I'm surprised that you didn't tell us that we need to "build a wall".

Use a spring loaded battery clip. An alligator clip moves around too much on the heavy gauge fence wire.

Agreed. I also recommend burnishing to clean off the oxidation in the area of the fence that you plan to connect the clip to. Use some sandpaper or perhaps a file. Yes, the oxidation will come back.

The RF Workbench / Re: User Programmable CW Keyer Kit For Beacons
« on: February 01, 2019, 2018 UTC »
It would seem that you could patch this into your Black Cat Systems 22 meter/Part 15 CW beacon, bypassing the internal keyer.

Dead Kennedys "Holiday in Cambodia" @ 2233 UTC. "This is Channel X, so go fuck yourselves."

1032 - Dutch organ-grinder song.
1037 - ID in English but didn't get it quite: "Radio Lars Poel?".

(Subject edited by Ray, the ID is in the replies)

Not hearing them on SDRs in Germany.

704
0938 - "Knights in White Satin"
0943 - Announcements about commemerating the 1988 Wireless Act (Rep. of Ireland). This seems like a repeat. Going to check my log.
0945 - "Good morning. We come to you live from the Republic of Ireland. Rather a wet morning." Into a David Bowie song.
0949 - Plenty of IDs but I keep missing them due to a signal fade down.
1007 - Finally clear ID, "Premier Radio". I should have known.
1030 - Noticed that the signal is gone from the SDR waterfalls.

(edit by Ray : of course, the month is january 2019, not december 2019)

0935 - SINPO 44434 on an SDR in Germany with some sort of remake of Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love" and into some sort of Paul McCartney (?) song.
0941 - Listener greetings. Email address and telephone number given.
