It was the Cuban station and it was the 11540 khz that caught my attention. I bracketed 10khz either side of 11540 and the signal went from weaker to nothing. Ditto USB.
Same degree of signal capture with either the FRG7700 or R75.
I just wrote it off as, "Well, you know, its Cuba...."

Getting hit pretty good now here in East Troy WI. Looking at 6-8" tonite with low visibility and gusts increasing to 25-30 mph tonite creating drifting especially in the rural hours.
