13730 khz @ 17:31 initially with a YL announcer in English with features on Okinawa (17:31) South China Sea (17:32)   and Japan-China relations (17:33 - 17:38) then mysteriously switched to another language (perhaps the scheduled  Swahili) with YM entering the conversation.   Surprised by the initial English portion as couldn't find English anywhere on the schedule for this freq and time.

9560 KHZ @ 14:40  UTC in Japanese via Tamsui, Taiwan targeting North Korea. Very OM being interviewed. by YL.    Interview ended at 14:48 when  same YL introduced Japanese music with female vocals.
