Not sure what language this was or where the TX from / to but I have heard it the last two days.

Signal not the best (3-3-3-3-2) but good enough to catch a clear "You have been listening to Radio Free Asia" in English at 1330UTC sign-off.

Only mention it because it doesn't seem to appear in any of the broadcast schedules I have found on online (including the RFA site).

My first (and only, so far) non-Europe free/pirate station.

Think this is possibly my longest distance catch :) Reasonable signal direct to my QTH (SINPO 34343).

Hindi / Himachali  language programming according to their web site but a clear id in English at closedown (1430 utc).

Actually heard yesterday (1-Oct-19) as well but forgot to post here.

It's only a couple of sentences but this forum along with Ukdxer and his web site get a mention in the "International Radio Scene" feature in current issue of Radio User magazine here in the UK.

The feature author rates Ukdxer's site as one of the best resources for free radio information.

Broadcast Announcements / FRS Holland - trying again 8-Sep-19

Again slightly short notice but only received in my inbox over night ...

After 'difficult' conditions last week FRS have scheduled a repeat for tomorrow on 5810Khz only.

Hopefully they will have more success, last week I could get anything on either frequency direct or via the 3 webSDR's I tried in the London area. 

At the moment it hardly seems worth turning the radio on - every report on here seems to include the word 'trace', 'weak' and 'noise'. Apart from LHH and Harmony (which are both noise affected) I don't think I have got even a reasonable signal whenever I check the posts from Ray and others.

Anyway here's FRS's announcement ...

Dear FRS Friends,

Next Sunday September 8th FRS will repeat last Sunday's broadcast which suffered from very poor/ unstable propagation conditions.
That means once again a start at 16:52 UTC/ 18:52 CEST. Frequency: only 5810 kHz. It looks like higher freqs like 7700 suffer from
very long skip nulling out reception in large parts of out target area. We hope for better/stronger reception but realize that the current
conditions simply are (very) poor!
Sunday Sept. 8th  16:52- 21:00 UTC 5810 kHz ...FRS' 39th Anniversary featuring Jan, Bert, Dave, Peter & Mike. Tune in!

A bit late but still in time...next Sunday FRS-Holland hopes to celebrate its 39th anniversary!

Programming on 7700//5810 kHz will commence at 16:52 UTC/ 18:52 CEST.
Last July conditions were a bit disappointing, we hope for the better next Sunday evening.

Thanks to all of you who wrote in for our July 28th (repeat August 11th) broadcast(s).

non-stop electronic dance / bpm music all the time I was monitoring - no id heard.  Joey seems possible as Ray suggested; it was their type of music.
