Good signal S9 into SWFL.
0608 "Fading.Like a flower"- Roxette
0610 "Wish I Could Fly" Roxette
0616 "Anything You Want" Roy Orbison
0622 "Stranglehold" Ted Nugent
0630 Off? I think so.

Great audio, sounding good here especially for 11m (definitely not a mic on a car radio lol) Thanks for the broadcast!

« on: January 30, 2020, 0134 UTC »
Hearing some guys chatting it took me a minute to identify the language as English with the heavy accents. One guy said "i look like Don King wit ma hair"

About 333 copy in the mobile from SWFL. Might be back quiet now.

10/11 meters / Sporadic E 10m/11m 1/5/20. Made a contact on .5W!

We had a nice band opening most of today on 11 & 10. I heard KM4GBM calling "CQ FL" on 28.400 so I responded but remembered I had the power turned to zero on the 7300. Very much to my surprise I got a response! Turned the power up and back to zero (0.6W peak on my mfj meter) to make sure & yeah he sure could still hear me! Pretty amazing. Right now in FL I'm hearing MD, PA, & OH.  -Justin

10/11 meters / OTHR on 11m?
« on: May 26, 2019, 1715 UTC »
The band was open this AM and was monitoring 27.385 and above it saw the distinct cris cross of a 10kHz wide OTHR. Not very strong but present looked similar to what I see just below 40m a lot.  I didn't get a screen shot but will try if I see it again.  -Justin in SW FL
