Utility / UNID CANFORCE 6855 KHz USB 2100 UTC 11/28/13

Right at about 2100 UTC I happened to see some quick USB comms on the waterfall on 6855 KHz. Replaying the conversation, which lasted just 30 seconds, it seemed to be CANFORCE with some kind of air-ground check-in. I caught some quick presumed CANFORCE activity here back in February of this year.

I can't quite understand the callsigns being used. They speak rapidly and with a (again, presumed) Canadian accent. Here is the clip in case anyone can recognize the call signs:

Pirate Broadcasting System on 6935 with Tom Petty, then an ID and talk about turkey, then into Coldplay. Huge S9+20 signal. Another ID at 1518, mention of equipment being repaired, then into Steely Dan.

Very weak here, the NetSDR struggling to lock it in SYNC AM, but overall maybe an S3 (max). Some strings of phrases are recoverable. The data signal a few KHz down makes it much more difficult.

Edit: better in ECSS with peaks to S6, like Chris noted.
