1610 KHZ @ 0430 UTC 25 MAY 19 in Spanish.  2 Latino songs with female vocals followed by an instrumental @ 0437 followed by a song with male vocals (sounded like an ersatz Santana).  QTH is right in the transmit path crosshairs.

1610 khz @ 01:01 UTC with Blues guitar music until 01:05 when Spanish speaking YL host talked about todays " International day of rural women" until 01:17 then a short English promo.  Soft Rock music thereafter.
