That's Very interesting. This morning I tuned to NOAA 162.425 for the north Puget Sound region & heard, for the first time, "water spout" info. I'm @ library now & found www.weatherusa.net/radio But the "signal" is muffled & distorted.  Can't download the "Wave Browser", either.

Sounded ok on a cell phone although some aren't working. They are definitely taken off the air
