21:00 UTC - My first logging of a beacon in this band. The beacon is transmitting the letter "D". Weak but readable at an S3;
21:30 UTC - Now peaking S4 at times;
00:00 UTC - Still a descent S3 ~ S4 signal.



Some of the references I found on the HFU for this beacon are at the links provided below and all elude that beacon "D is from Odessa, Ukraine" or more recently from Sevastopol, Ukraine.
